Ribeye steaks are a popular cut for grilling, needing only 3 to 4 minutes per side depending on whether you are aiming for rare or medium. They tend to have more marbling then sirloin cut which can lead to a little more flavour than a sirloin. That marbling means you don't even need to worry too much about a marinate or even a rub (well other than salt and pepper). It is sort of the fast-food department of the yak, quick and uncomplicated to cook and with great results.
