100% Yak Hotdogs are a lot like all beef hotdogs, just a little bit better; because they are yak. Really, yak has such a great "beefy" flavour that the hotdogs end up being a real delight. I can't say if they are better in a bun, with beans, in a Twinkie, or cut into cute little octopus for your ramen. I can say that they are great in all cases. These are skillfully prepared by the folks up at the Meat Chop where we have our animals inspected and processed.
