We love kubasa with our pedaha (aka perogy, but they have always been pedaha to us). This 100% Yak Garlic Ring goes great with pedaha. It isn't smoked and spiced quite same as a traditional kubasa (for that try our Yak kielbasa), but its milder slightly sweeter flavour is not to be missed. Like you would expect from a garlic ring or coil it is also terrific sliced in a bun, on a cheese board, or even fried with a dippy egg. These are skillfully prepared by the folks up at the Meat Chop where we have our animals inspected and processed.
