Beer sausage is a cooked sausage that, a the name indicates, goes well with beer. Not just beer though, great in sandwiches, on cheese boards, or simply for a snack. Our beer sausage is prepared by Nathan at Savory Meats in Sundre Alberta (just minutes from our farm).
