Sunflower shoots are a personal favourite! I can eat them by the handful! Microgreens are an easy & tasty way to add more nutrition to your meals! Add them to salads, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, tacos, smoothies, etc. Garnish your soup or eggs. Use them in place of lettuce. Don't be afraid to toss a little mound onto your plate as a lovely side dish!
