Our duck flock is free-range. They enjoy their outdoor duck house in the summer and graze on grass, play in the mud, and nap in the shade. In the winter, they have a duck house as part of the barn, but still spend a great deal of time in their outdoor run, eating snow & ice and napping together in their wind & snow shelters.
We have quite a variety of duck breeds in the flock now, including: Rouens, Khaki Campbells, Welsh Harlequins, & Runner ducks in three colours!
Our ducks lay a variety of egg shell colours including, blue/green, white, & light cream. We try to give you a bit of a mix in your 1/2 dz, but sometimes we have more of one colour and you end up with all white or all cream eggs.
