Sirloin steaks are terrific for grilling, broiling, or pan-frying. Granted I grew up thinking pan-frying a steak was a crime compared to grilling. I have since learned this is not true, particularly if you have a cast iron pan at your disposal that can hold a lot heat. If you like to marinate your stakes, or use a rub, the sirloin steak is a good contender.
